Built around one perfect sandwich.

Mickey's Hot Mess started in September 2024 with a simple obsession — parmesan-crusted sourdough. Get the crust right, layer ½lb of fresh-sliced meat, melt three kinds of cheese, finish with a healthy pour of house cheese sauce.

Since then we've grown from a weekend pop-up to a full-time truck serving Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and Queen Creek.
